Dr. Lily Mesa is a native Californian.  She was raised in Santee by her parents along with her two siblings.  She graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science.  She then went on to receive her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University in 2002.  While attending Washington State Dr. Mesa was involved with several outreach programs including the University's Multicultural Agriculture Program and Research Scholars Program. After graduation she practiced in large and small animal clinics, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of veterinary clinical, surgical, and emergency care.  These experiences showed her the need for some dog and cat owners to have quality care without the difficulty of a traditional hospital visit.

Mesa Mobile Veterinary Services was created so that clients in the Inland Empire region can have the option to have their pets seen by Dr. Mesa in the comfort of their own homes.
